Hurricane Paintball 2011

So we tried a new field, Hurricane Paintball nad it was very cool. It was about 17 acres but we played with 200 other players, a manageable amount. We enjoyed every minute of it and at times it seemed one-sided we didn't manage to stay in one spot. It was a well played game. We would like to welcome 3 new members: Eric "Maverick" Here, Deri "Gypsie" Greeson and Joe STILLO. Our next game will be the annual Wayne's Grand Finale in December hope to see you there!

Walk on Orbital Paintball Field 7/16

So today we went to Orbital. There were actually ALOT of people for how hot and miserable it was. Of Trigger Happy, Wiggums and his girlfriend Theresa (sp?), Joe, Dave, and Drew played. Dad (Lee) and Don (along with his legion) camped and I of course took pictures! Here are my favorites!

The last battle of the day was AMAZING! Joe and Dave took the right side with Theresa close behind. Wiggums and Drew took up the center. it was about 15 on 15 and eventually it dwindled down to Dave and some random nOObz against 3 people on the other side.. AND THERE WAS A FIRE FIGHT. Everyone on the outside of the screen were hootin' and hollerin'! (basically) One man (Though Ninja, he is still a man) against 3. 1 man with 10 round pods lasted 5 minutes against 3 kids with semi automatic markers holding 500 rounds. Unfortunately he was hit and no one but everyone else on the outside of the screen saw the boy get hit in the back of his head by his own team mate before he took out Ninja.

(The pic below of Dave is from that battle where he and 1 guy went head to head for about 2 minutes just trying to take eachother out when Dave finally got the slip on him.)

Pump Chumps/Walk on Day 4/23 CFP

THE DAY:

Dad, Bubba, and I arrived around 8am and were joined by Max, an old friend of Mikes from high school, and used to play with my dad when he was 15 thru to the time he graduated then he moved to Tampa. As we were waiting Dad was honked and waved at by a gentleman in an orange Gulf. Says Dad "That dude just honked and waved at me. Either I know him or I just got honked at by a gay guy." So we are gearing up as a white Matrix pull up next to the orange Gulf... NINJA DAVE!! immidiately follwed by GYPSY AND MAVERICK!

Now there were tons of teams practicing on the other fields so we basically got the woods to ourselves... Ourselves and all the fresh meat! Alot of "Oh, I dont know what Im doing. My cousin let me borrow his gun and bullets" talk from Bubba Dad and Max. When the teams were picked TTH boys were picked last. Quoting Dad "That wont happen again" So the boys played quite a few games Dads KD ratio was miraculous of course and Bubba went 3 and 3?

Bub and Dad had a 1 on 1 Dad won. We were entertained by Dave and Frank playing a couple 1 on 1's, out of 5 Ninja won 3. One game he was taken out by the very first shot Frank let off.

Graciously, before leaving Big Gay Pat and Kenny stopped by for hugs.

All in all great day. Very hot. Owner nice. Ref's nice.

Holy Grail 2011!

Well.... it was hard and I do enjoy the challenge but man that was alot of trips back & forth from the insertion point to the front lines. I think we were just slow to the start in the beginning of the game and the English Side go the jump on us. On Sunday the same thing seemed to happen we could not shoot enough people to hold ground. Ah well good times with good friends. Team Trigger Happy achieved the sportsmanship award. We enjoyed showing Trigger Happy hospitality to Maverick and some of the other SCP members that showed up. Our next event we will have 2-4 members attending the Fund Raiser April 16-17 at Hi-Tec then it will be the Fund Raiser at First Strike April30-May1. See ya there!

First of 2011

Awesome weekend. We played at Orange County Paintball for Area51. A new field for us and it seemed small till you walked through 6' tall Bush and 4' deep creeks. With the 6-7 of use we managed to get a Most Valuable Team award and AJ "Demon" received the Young Gun award from both teams for his 4 base kills and constant trys on Sunday. Our next game will be the annual Holy Grail game at Old River on March 26-27 see ya there!

WAYNES GRAND FINALE 2010

Once again we attended the end of the year at Wayne's World. It was great seeing the field, the weather wasnt so bad. We have begun the official Launch of Team Trigger Happy Xbox 360 division led by Jeb "bettis5" Lewis. And we will be attending IDPA matches this year. Tentatively we will begin our scenario season in Febuary at Orange County Paintball in Orlando. Have a safe and HappyLaughing holidays and see you next year!
